Care for others, make room for yourself
You remember a detail, notice a hesitation, or think of something that would help someone feel welcome. Yet when a shared decision is made, your own preference can be the one thing nobody has heard.
A 120-page illustrated book that explores the ISFJ personality through Jungian functions and connects them to the decisions and relationships in your daily life.

You recognize the four letters. What comes next?
ISFJ descriptions often focus on loyalty, attentiveness, and helping. You may recognize those qualities and still want someone to ask other questions. What interests you? What changes your mind? Why does a situation sometimes feel familiar before you can explain the impression? I wanted to write a portrait with room for those questions. We’ll look at how you take in a situation, how you decide, and which responsibilities you actually choose to accept.
I wrote this book to give more time to the questions quick portraits leave aside. You’ll find explanations of Si, Fe, Ti, and Ne, a continuing story, comparisons with neighboring types, and four weeks of observation. We discuss relationships, reasoning, passing on knowledge, and trying new ideas. You can recognize part of your experience without becoming the endlessly available person some type nicknames suggest.
- Understand Si through impressions and experienced reference points, beyond the good-memory stereotype.
- Examine Fe through expressed expectations, disagreements, and limits that belong within a relationship.
- Explore Ti and Ne: clarify reasoning, consider another interpretation, and try an idea without changing everything.
- Return to your own situations with a four-week notebook, without scores or a character you must imitate.

Get a feel for the book before you decide
Nora is preparing a plant exchange with Maya and Julien. She remembers what helped her feel welcome, but she also wants to join the drawing activity. They need to discuss roles, clarify rules, and make room for new ideas. This is a fictional story. Its scenes support explanations of the functions; they are not intended to represent every ISFJ.

Before you download
Do I need to be certain of my type?
No. Treat the descriptions as ideas to compare with your experience. If you’re unsure, start with the ISFJ profile and the free preview.
What will I receive?
The 120-page illustrated PDF in English. It uses a fixed A5 layout, so you may need to zoom on a phone. This is not a reflowable EPUB or a printed book.
Do the website tests now cost money?
No. The questionnaires and their results remain free. The price applies only to this digital book.
Does the purchase include both languages?
Each language edition is sold separately. Choose the language you prefer to read; both editions follow the same underlying path.
Will this book establish my personality type?
It gives you ideas for examining your patterns. It does not certify a type or provide a diagnosis, and the exercises do not prescribe a result you must achieve.
