Bring people together, keep your own voice

You restart the conversation, notice who has not spoken, and find words that help a project move forward. When it is time to say what you want, the words can be harder to find.

A 120-page illustrated book that explores the ENFJ personality through Jungian functions and connects them to the decisions and relationships in your daily life.

You recognize the four letters. What comes next?

Some work in a group goes almost unnoticed: explaining an intention, revisiting a misunderstanding, or asking for an opinion that never found an opening. You may do it naturally, sometimes gladly and sometimes until your responsibility becomes unclear. That process interests me in the ENFJ profile: how a judgment develops through relationships, how a direction emerges, and what place you retain in the agreement you help create.

I wrote this book to explain Fe, Ni, Se, and Ti through situations you can examine. We look at invitations, refusals, ideas to test, and responsibilities to share. You will find questions for understanding your patterns, followed by small experiments you can try in everyday conversations and projects.

  • Understand Fe, Ni, Se, and Ti beyond personality nicknames.
  • Separate observations, assumptions, and questions worth asking.
  • Offer a direction while leaving others room to question it.
  • Clarify agreements and make your own limits part of the conversation.

A note from the author

Why I keep coming back to the functions

I’m Kyrian Hermansen. I’ve spent more than 200 hours studying this subject and have worked through personality typing with more than 200 people. That personal experience shapes how I explain the framework; it isn’t a scientific study.

I care about making Jungian functions understandable. They are often skimmed over, even though I believe they should guide the search for a type. Four letters are a starting point. I want you to have enough understanding to examine the result against your own experience.

Your path through the 120 pages

  1. 7–18

    Where the framework comes from

Jung, his exchanges with Freud, and the later work of Briggs and Myers.

  2. 19–48

The letters and all eight functions

The foundations you need, without assuming you already know the vocabulary.

  3. 49–60

    Meeting the ENFJ profile

A nuanced portrait that leaves room for the parts you don’t identify with.

  4. 61–98

    Exploring Fe, Ni, Se, Ti

Four chapters with fictional scenes, explanations, and practical exercises.

  5. 99–108

Connecting the ideas to daily life

Situations that connect the framework to decisions, conversations, and projects.

  6. 109–120

Observe, try, and return to your experience

A four-week observation plan, a glossary, and the book’s references.

Pages 7–48 introduce the shared foundations of the collection. The section focused specifically on ENFJ begins on page 49.

Get a feel for the book before you decide

Elias, Léa, and Victor are preparing a skill-sharing afternoon at a neighborhood library. An invitation needs clarification, a room needs arranging, and their expectations do not always match. Their fictional story gives the functions a concrete setting, with decisions, small misunderstandings, and adjustments they try together.

Before you download

Do I need to be certain of my type?

No. Treat the descriptions as ideas to compare with your experience. If you’re unsure, start with the ENFJ profile and the free preview.

What will I receive?

The 120-page illustrated PDF in English. It uses a fixed A5 layout, so you may need to zoom on a phone. This is not a reflowable EPUB or a printed book.

Do the website tests now cost money?

No. The questionnaires and their results remain free. The price applies only to this digital book.

Does the purchase include both languages?

Each language edition is sold separately. Choose the language you prefer to read; both editions follow the same underlying path.

Will this book establish my personality type?

It gives you ideas for examining your patterns. It does not certify a type or provide a diagnosis, and the exercises do not prescribe a result you must achieve.
