Bring your ideas to life

A conversation opens one possibility. You can already see three more. Then comes the choice: which one will you give your time to, while keeping what made it appealing in the first place?

A 120-page illustrated book that explores the ENFP personality through Jungian functions and connects them to the decisions and relationships in your daily life.

You recognize the four letters. What comes next?

You may know the gap: in your mind, the project already has several forms; on the table, you still need to decide where to begin. You might enjoy exploring, talking, and connecting things that seemed unrelated. You may also need quiet to know what you want to keep. That transition interests me in ENFP: how a possibility appears, how it meets your values, and what helps it become more than a promising idea in a notebook.

I wrote this book to explain the functions beyond an enthusiastic personality portrait. We follow an idea, the reasons for choosing it, the conversations it prompts, and the work needed to share it. You will find examples to examine, comparisons with neighboring types, and exercises you can bring to a project in your own life.

  • Understand Ne, Fi, Te, and Si through concrete situations and clear theoretical qualifications.
  • Separate a possibility, a preference, and a commitment other people can understand.
  • Move from an appealing idea to a first usable result without starting everything at once.
  • Observe your choices over four weeks and keep the methods that actually help you.

A note from the author

Why I keep coming back to the functions

I’m Kyrian Hermansen. I’ve spent more than 200 hours studying this subject and have worked through personality typing with more than 200 people. That personal experience shapes how I explain the framework; it isn’t a scientific study.

I care about making Jungian functions understandable. They are often skimmed over, even though I believe they should guide the search for a type. Four letters are a starting point. I want you to have enough understanding to examine the result against your own experience.

Your path through the 120 pages

  1. 7–18

    Where the framework comes from

Jung, his exchanges with Freud, and the later work of Briggs and Myers.

  2. 19–48

The letters and all eight functions

The foundations you need, without assuming you already know the vocabulary.

  3. 49–60

    Meeting the ENFP profile

A nuanced portrait that leaves room for the parts you don’t identify with.

  4. 61–98

    Exploring Ne, Fi, Te, Si

Four chapters with fictional scenes, explanations, and practical exercises.

  5. 99–108

Connecting the ideas to daily life

Situations that connect the framework to decisions, conversations, and projects.

  6. 109–120

Observe, try, and return to your experience

A four-week observation plan, a glossary, and the book’s references.

Pages 7–48 introduce the shared foundations of the collection. The section focused specifically on ENFP begins on page 49.

Get a feel for the book before you decide

Camille, Anaïs, and Karim create a neighborhood audio walk. A conversation outside a former bakery opens several possibilities. They then need to select stories, respect what residents want to share, prepare clips, and test the route. Their fictional story makes room for ideas, disagreements, boundaries, and the small adjustments that move a project forward.

Before you download

Do I need to be certain of my type?

No. Treat the descriptions as ideas to compare with your experience. If you’re unsure, start with the ENFP profile and the free preview.

What will I receive?

The 120-page illustrated PDF in English. It uses a fixed A5 layout, so you may need to zoom on a phone. This is not a reflowable EPUB or a printed book.

Do the website tests now cost money?

No. The questionnaires and their results remain free. The price applies only to this digital book.

Does the purchase include both languages?

Each language edition is sold separately. Choose the language you prefer to read; both editions follow the same underlying path.

Will this book establish my personality type?

It gives you ideas for examining your patterns. It does not certify a type or provide a diagnosis, and the exercises do not prescribe a result you must achieve.
